3. You receive:

  • Recommended service or custom quote
  • Timeline
  • Next steps

4. Nothing moves forward without your approval

  • All custom requests are reviewed case-by-case
  • Not all projects are a good fit
  • If something falls outside my scope, I will let you know honestly
  • Custom requests require a separate agreement and invoice
